Includes: One king bed and two queen beds.  Two sofa sleepers in common area/great room.

Nord Hus - Base Rate 6 People with space for 4 more.

Policies:

• 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.
• Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.
• Valid Credit Card required at time of booking
• 3 Night Minimum Stay
• PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal Check, please.
• Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check In time: 3:00 p.m. on Saturday; Check Out time: 9:00 a.m. on Saturday
• Off Season Check In time: 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time 10:00 a.m.
• Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating
• Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home
• We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 
• Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday!
• During peak summer season, partial week rentals will be considered ONLY IF home is vacant at 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.
